What areas do you serve?

Gather the Fun Party & Event Rentals proudly serves local and surrounding areas in Tahlequah, Muskogee, and Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. We offer delivery and setup within a set service radius, with extended delivery available for an additional fee. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, just reach out — we’re happy to help!

If you're local to Tahlequah we also offer self pick up/drop off.  Pick up during a designated timeframe Friday and return your rental on Monday!

How far in advance should I book party rentals?

We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, and peak seasons. Popular rentals such as yard games, sleepover tents, and floral walls book quickly, so reserving early helps guarantee availability for your event date.

 


What types of events do you rent for?

We provide party and event rentals for:

How long is the rental period?

We try to accomodate rental periods on a personalized basis.  Most of our rentals are available for a full weekend however, we also offer standard rental period of one full day. Delivery and pickup times are scheduled around your event for convenience. Extended rentals may be available upon request — just ask!


Do you offer delivery, setup, and pickup?

Yes! We offer delivery, setup, and pickup for all rental items. Setup ensures everything is ready before your event starts, and pickup happens after your event so you don’t have to worry about cleanup or transportation.

We also offer self-service pick-up and drop off! This way you save money picking up, setting up at your event, and bringing back to our pick-up/drop off box in Tahlequah, OK.


How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size. Your delivery cost will be clearly listed during booking or quoted before confirmation — no surprise fees!


What happens if an item is damaged?

We understand that accidents happen. Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs may apply depending on the item. We ask that all rentals be treated with care so they can be enjoyed by future customers.


Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Cancellations and reschedules are handled on a case-by-case basis.  


Are rentals cleaned and sanitized?

Absolutely!  All rental items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each event to ensure they arrive in excellent condition and are safe for your guests.


What if the weather is bad?

For outdoor events, weather happens! If weather impacts your event, contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer rescheduling options if inventory and dates allow.


Do you offer custom party packages?

Yes! We love creating custom party rental packages to fit your theme, space, and budget. Whether you’re planning a small backyard party or a larger event, we can help you choose the perfect setup.


How do I book party rentals with Gather the Fun?

Booking is easy! Simply:

  1. Browse our available rentals

  2. Submit your booking request or checkout

  3. We will reach out via email with any extra details that we might need

  4. You will receive an e-sign Rental Agreement Contract and a link to pay your invoice

Is a deposit required to book?


Yes! A non-refundable $50 deposit is needed to secure your date and rental items (this will transfer to a refundable deposit after signing the Rental Agreement Contract and paying the full invoice before your event). Refer to the Rental Agreement Contract for more details about our refundable deposit policy.
